Warning: Spoilers
We've watched through from the first episode, and this was the first BAD installment. My wife and I found ourselves asking whether some novice writer had heard the series concept, never saw a show, said "How hard can it be?" — and just knocked this off.

Chief objection is the part of the episode dealing with the crazed stalkerboy. He's already murdered one person. The team tensely marches through the building, locates him... and watches.

Episode after episode we're impressed with how professional and in-control this team is, particularly in terms of Colantoni's lead character. Not this time. This time the writing has him standing there and just basically watching this lady do whatever she wants, and saying, "Good... good..." When he says "We've got to get the gun away from him," we yelled at the screen "How? By watching?"

In fact, they never engage the murderer in any way, shape or form. Until Ed shoots him.

It felt like amateur hour, which is a real exception to the series so far. And when the lady finds the chief afterwards, hugs him, and asks "How are *you* doing?", all we could do was moan.

Thankfully, the next episode went back to the usual quality.

But we still wondered what pod-person wrote this one.
