Has All The Ingredients To Be Good But Fails All Around

The director Khavn films should technically be great. Because even with zero budgets they still seem to have a lot of style and energy. And man if a film could be great just for that alone these movies would be right up there. But the problem with his films are they lack focus with their narrative. This movie doesn't have a clear point besides showing the strange characters in film and their lives. Normally that's not the worse thing but the movie has way too many characters and you barely get to know any of them. And even at a short hour and ten mins it still feels like it's too long. This movie would have been a hell of a lot better it it just focused on about 4 Characters and actually gave them stories worth watching. Instead this just feels like randomness just for randomness sake. I wish I could love it but I just don't.
