With the exception of they Russell and Timmy storyline, there are not a lot of laughs to be had here. Despite the return of the delightful Sara Rue, and the banter she shares with Jeff (Patrick Warburton) that story was more about moving the story along rather than laughs!! Whilst then dumbing down of Adam continues.
Plot In A Paragraph: Russell and Timmy date women's professional basketball players, while Adam impersonates Jeff to get a shipment of Omaha steaks. Meanwhile, Jeff makes more problems as he he and Audrey make final preparations for Brenda's surrogacy.
In its longest season to date (double the length of some previous seasons) it was inevitable their would be some weaker episodes. It still wasn't a bad episode but is just not as funny as some other episodes.
