This week's episode is about a gun running group with the cause of the 2nd amendment coming in play as well as Nick attempting to save a bear from being put to death for hurting a drunkard.
The animal situation is basically comical since Nick really likes the woman who owns Otis, the bear. Will he violate ethical standards with his client? Of course, when the case ends, he is free to do so, but the last scene is rather funny.
The other segment is much more serious as the accused is the 18 year old grandson who was caught with unlicensed fire-arms in his grandfather's car. Grandpa eventually sees the light and speaks up what he has done to his defense. We all see gun collectors getting involved in this with an attorney, who is ready to sacrifice the 18 year old for the pro-gun beliefs.
