Even though Tommy Jefferson didn't appear in this episode, the guy who played Marty, another attorney, was equally as good. Certainly not as suave or assured as Tommy, Marty presented himself as an interesting character.
Both stories here were relevant to today's times. The cross dresser suing the club that fired him presented an ethical dilemma. The owner who had an affair with the former reconciles with his wife, the latter wanting the other out.
The other story was even better. Identification based on a fat Latino is really prejudicial when you think of it. Without any other information to go on, Harry presents a pretty good defense. There were definite ethical questions here as well.
