When Peter and Neal are held at gunpoint in Adler's limousine, the gun pointed at them changes from shot to shot. In the shots where the camera is facing them, the gun is a Beretta 92/96 series, while in the shots of gunman (who is sitting in a jump seat) he is holding an IMI Jerico 941 (AKA a Baby Desert Eagle).
When they uncover the Enigma machine, Peter says it is a code breaking machine. It is actually an encoding machine. A code Breaking machine would be one of the Bombe or the Colossus at Bletchley Park that actually did decode the Enigma code.
The historical U 869 was a Class IX/C submarine; the CGI model with its characteristic side bulges is clearly a Type VII.
The writing on the dynamite sticks is "GEFABRLICHER EXPLOEAVSTOFF" and "HALTEN SIE TROCKEN", which is poor German and should be "GEFAEHRLICHER EXPLOSIVSTOFF" oder (with an umlaut) "GEFÄHRLICHER EXPLOSIVSTOFF" (dangerous explosive material) and "TROCKEN HALTEN" (keep dry).
When talking about the enigma machine on the sub Adler tells Peter and Neal there are 15 million million possible combinations, but he was wrong it's actually 155 million million possible combinations.
Mozzie states at one point that Sara isn't a "strawberry blonde" and that they are both disappointed. Hillary Burton (even as Sara Ellis) is a strawberry blonde.
Both Neal and Peter refer to the explosives as TNT. However, the markings clearly identify the charges as dynamite, which is a different substance entirely.
