They really didn't fool around this season. Tom and Lynette are about to clash, Mike left Susan and their son, to work in Alaska. Juanita was switched at birth (and her biological parents are illegals) and Bree is dating a younger man. But all of this feels like writers were just desperate to find new juicy stories this year, and began creating drama out of nowhere. In the 7th season Winter finale, Paul finally exact his revenge. And I tend to agree with him at that point. The Wisteria Lane inhabitants are so two faced lately, they needed a good lesson. And they obviously got one when Lynette, whose bossy attitude is not fun anymore. Asked the wrong people, to help her prevent this rehabilitation house project. Keith's father (John Schneider) hitting on Bree, was predictable, since they broke up. But Keith really needs to take anger management classes. The way the crowd panicked, after she shot her gun, was unbelievable. And sadly realistic at the same time. I'm disappointed Susan wasn't the second housewife to « smell » Renee's ring. But she got trampled by the wild buffaloes, so it made up for that I guess. This is also the first time I really rooted for Bob and Lee, and loved how they took care of Juanita. Season 7 is not a bad season, but the drama get too tacky and over the top, this time. And the way this episode ends ripping off Dallas, was only enhancing that.
