Between artistic modernity and tradition
kerorogio24 May 2021
A long production, which had to work hard to keep costs down. Because of this, there is some compression of events, such as the desire not to give up too many elements. Average dubbing, good soundtrack, pleasant illustrative style, very European, but not the most suitable for animation or to attract viewers, due to a very authorial iconography, more wisely dosed in "The Bears' Famous Invasion of Sicily" , which however remains a subject of lesser appeal.

D''alò is a good director, best remembered for his first two works ("Lucky and Zorba" / "Momo") and this is a good Pinocchio film, even if it will never have the prestige of the one made by Cenci in the 70s, nor is it my favorite among his works. I hope he can find funding for other traditional animation projects.

The Best Lionsgate Pinocchio version
cleejr8 December 2021
Honestly after watching this movie a few times I really prefer this version than the Disney version while the Disney version is really good this is more faithful to the original storyline especially the End creditd song the Lionsgate version Beautiful by Jesse Pruett is really catchy and has a good message of the song The Song beautiful means we are perfect as good accepts us who we are and the movie gives a good message not to lie and be honest in the future and don't be very naive and overconfident.
