Fred congratulates Stacy with a cat food commercial part and enjoys rehearsing her marital kiss, but can't stand watching her kiss a studly actor endlessly and convinces the director there's no spark, with an adverse result, then waves Deb and Kim's advice not to show jealousy, with surprisingly positive result. Reluctantly Grayson helps Deb represent terminal cancer-patient biology professor Kathy Miller, who demands the right to practice arguable euthanasia to enable cryogenics, but after they win her case, they find out her true intentions. Deb betrays having seen Parker and Claire Harrison kissing to Kim, who must take the backseat in one of the returned partner's old clients' cases, a coastal development plan raising environmental issues. Grayson reconsiders his attitude towards commitment but DEb's intension to reveal to him being Jane has a terrible consequence, as Fred warned.
