A story about the show compared it to Hung, a very smart and inspiring production, but now that I've seen its pilot I think the comparison was just disrespectful. It also reminded me of American Pie and that's why I decided to check it out in the first place. What a waste of time ! It was just plain silly even if it was funny from time to time. The best moments are probably the day fantasies but they're far too short and not well produced. As for the acting it's over the top and the diner scene will be remembered as one of the worst and dumb one ever. Even the sexual jokes are pathetic and most of them are stupid. Moreover the very first scene was threw up from the cult film but the protagonist is such a cliché that you should instantly dislike him. From the best fat friend to the athletic antagonist all characters are stereotyped and dead boring. To sum things I can't recommend it to anyone. If you feel like watching some teenage production my advice is to skip this poor one and complete your collection with films or TV shows that really deserve your attention. Last but not least the editing is so bad and sharp that I thought there was something wrong with my media center.
