- The strip clubs/bars were removed from online play. Although there are scantily clad people found on the beach area.
- There is a cult on top of a mountain with naked men with buttocks shown, it's not used in a sexual way.
- A few signs have mild innuendo like "kiss my axe".
- Little to no sex or nudity in the online mode as strip clubs are removed and there are no cutscenes with sex/nudity. Woman in bikinis are present in the game near the beach as well as on the loading screen.
Violence & Gore

- Lots of violence.
- This is much less violent than other gtas as you are more of a super villian than a gangster, the play can find gadgets and cars with in game money he/she earns.
- Pg-13 level violence. Much less than story mode. Occasional comedic looking spurts of blood when characters are killed.
Profanity

- Much less language in gta online compared to gta V due to your online avatar's inability to talk.
- Even though there is minimal language there still will be the very occasional "Fuck" or "shit", but for the most part there will be mild language like "Damn" or "Ass" even that language is infrequent at best.
Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

- Drugs are commonly talked about and referred to, and you can buy an RV in the game that is almost a carbon copy of the RV in breaking bad known as the "Heisenberg" in the game.
