You Have The Right To Remain Laughing
Before I saw this episode I didn't know what to expect. As a long time Futurama fan I was hoping for a good episode (most of the new episodes have been good) and my expectations were met after watching this episode. When it first started out taking off on the original first episode of Futurama, I relaxed back on my couch and watched what was going to be one of my favorite episodes. Not only was this episode hilarious, but it was also well done in a form that is also entertaining. When Fry joined the police academy (obviously spoofing the movie, especially because Fry meets SFX-BOT 5K who does funny sound effects) one of the funniest parts of the episode was introduced: The Chief. The Chief does a ton of hilarious stuff in this episode (although it's sometimes disgusting) like say she has to take a dump, (walks into Bathroom), then walks out with a baby and says: "8 pounds, I'll name it Bert!" Some of the jokes in this episode are also subtle, like on the day Fry graduated the police academy when the chief said: "Well, it's that time of the month again, Graduation day." Overall this episode shows how big of a role Fry played in Planet Express when everyone dies of boredom from missing him.
