The One With The Girl In The Candy Bar...
taylorkingston2 October 2014
Warning: Spoilers
This episode is so good. A girl in a candy bar? Such a good idea.

In this episode, a chocolate company made the world's largest chocolate bar. When they open it, whilst being filmed by news crews and in front of children, a woman is found. That's right. In the candy bar. Made me go off of chocolate for, well, only like a day, but still. The factory owner deals with the tragedy, but the team finds out that the girl found, is a mysterious character. Meanwhile, Cam struggles decision to attend college that fails to meet her very high standards. And Hodgins asks Angela to plan a party to announce her not-so-secret pregnancy.

Overall, I give this episode an 8 out of 10.

Yowza!

Just your basic plot where a young woman, an employee, is found dead inside a giant chocolate bar. The trick is to get the bones out of the chocolate bar so they can be evaluated. Mr. Nigel-Murray is back after blowing the million dollars he got from winning at Jeopardy. It turns out that the victim was a total phony and up to no good and that apparently got her killed. Two really uninteresting things going on are the choice of Cam's stepdaughter to go to a small school in Maine in order to follow her boyfriend. Cam's bad side comes out. And then there is Hodgin's and Angela announcing the upcoming birth of their child--even though everyone already knows. These are two really boring parts of the episode.

Harriet the spy! Harriet the spy? How are we supposed to take this seriously??

But actually, what I have been distracted by in this episode, and pretty much every episode of television that Frederick Koehler appears in, is how Chip from Kate and Allie has been typecast into such odd characters. Almost always sad and kind of evil. If you see him in an episode of television, you can pretty much just assume he's the bad guy with ... 100% accuracy. So weird as a career trajectory. To go from child actor to career bad guy actor.

Still doesn't outshine the episodes main takeaway though. Harriet the spy!

This episode was so hysterical and had so many great scenes throughout. Cam and Vincent Nigel Murray were so fun to watch . As well as the final scene where Angela and Hodgins decide to tell the gang that she is pregnant . Overall one of my favorite episodes of season 6 so far. The case with the girl in the chocolate bar is really clever and I loved watching the opening scene of them cutting open the bar . Very gruesome .
