When the team is first viewing the security camera footage of the shooting, Dobb's falls to the ground almost immediately, but in the opening scenes he was on his feet for much longer before collapsing.
It is stated in this episode that AK-47's are rare in America, and can be easily converted to full-auto. In truth, semi-auto AK-47's are almost as common as AR-15's, easily available at almost any gun store. Also, the only way to convert it to full-auto is to replace the entire receiver (the main part of the rifle).
In the closing scene, at the refurb yard where James works as a guard, one of the bad guys refers to "flooding" the engine of a Humvee while trying to start it; however, that's absurd because Humvees use NOT gasoline engines but rather DIESEL engines, which are NOT subject to "flooding", which is sometimes a problem with NOT diesel engines but rather GASOLINE engines with carburetors (rather than fuel injection).
In the opening scene G refers to Eric's blowing a "whistle"; although the object is technically a whistle, the particular one in question is a maritime item more properly and accurately known as a "boatswain's pipe".
Throughout the episode Callen several times calls AK-47 a Kalishnikov rifle while it's actually a Kalashnikov rifle.
