- When Meg is chasing Chris after he steals her diary, they accidentally cause Stewie to fall down the stairs, giving a massive head injury and an open skull fracture which is seen for almost the whole episode with crawling maggots and visible brain seen in later parts (might be disgusting to some viewers).
