Sex & Nudity

- The female lead character is nude through out the whole movie, and while the nudity is not sexual she is shaven and full vulva/labia is shown throughout.
- There is a scene which contains explicit and graphic BDSM, including shaven females urinating on men in very graphic detail, with full urinating vulva/labia shown - I think it is real footage. You also see a female giving a man oral sex up-close; penetration of the mouth is shown. She then bites his penis off in graphic detail.
- Full frontal male nudity is also shown throughout the film.

- Most of the violence is EXTREMELY GRAPHIC AND GORY aswell as very very disturbing.
- A man is graphically castrated with a pair of scissors.

- Five people are shown being tortured and killed: A woman whipped brutally in the face until her face actually falls apart. A man is taped inside a plastic bag and beaten to death. A man is shown apparently being scalped. His face is then hacked apart with a cleaver.
- In a BDSM club, an extreme gory orgy is shown: A man has his skin ripped apart with hooks. A man is disembowelled. A woman bites a mans penis off during oral sex, in close up detail. Men are seen in bondage and spanked while women urinate on them in graphic detail.
- Several disturbing looking demons are chopped up with an axe. Mostly blood splatters are shown.
- Several people are repeatedly shot; including a toddler and an elderly woman. Blood spurts and quick shots of bullet wounds are shown.
- The autopsied cadaver of a woman is shown.
