Guest star William Schallert was 88 when he played 93 year-old J. Donald Kessinger. Ironically, like Kessinger, Schallert also died when he was 93 (2016).
The title of this episode borrows its wording from the game show To Tell the Truth (1956). In that show, a famous, but not visually well-known person was one of three contestants, the other two being impostors. All three answered questions from a celebrity panel which in turn had to guess which of the three was the actual person. When the guesses had all been made, the host, Bud Collyer, asked of the contestants, "Will the real [guest name] please stand up".
