After voting to forget, Amy sees a message she recorded for herself begging her to get the Doctor off the ship. Her mascara has run and her eyes are puffy and red, apparently from crying, yet in the live shot her face is clean and her eyes are clear.
At the beginning of the episode, when Timmy enters the elevator, the head in the elevator is turned to the 'happy' face. After the girl on the screen starts talking, there is one shot where the head is already turned to the 'angry' face. However, only in the next shot where the head is visible, can the head be seen turning from 'happy' to 'angry'.
When the elevator stops and floor opens a livid faced Smiler is seen when the camera is angled upwards, however in the next shot the head then rotates to show this face, indicating the two shots were not done in order.
Obvious studio lights when The Doctor and Amy are in the Whale's mouth.
After Amy wakes up in the chair and the computer verifies her identity, the display shows "Age: 1,308", but the voice announces "Age: 1,306".
The crack in the universe is on the side of Starship UK, however, in The Eleventh Hour (2010), when The Doctor is explaining the cracks in the universe to a young Amelia Pond, he states that the crack is not on an actual surface, but in the fabric of space time itself. Therefore, as Starship UK moves, the crack on the side should not be moving with it, as it should be stationary in the exact point in space time it currently exists.
