It's a comedy

Fine episode. It may not "understand" sexual harassment but it's a comedy, not a documentary.

They don't understand sexual harassment. At all.

The episode begins brightly enough, with Ted walking through the office explaining how he doesn't sexually harass his coworkers, then demonstrates this by greeting a woman in a awkwardly formal manner. Then we pop into Veronica's office, where she has a problem with people in their department harassing each other, again, and suggests that maybe changing the lighting will help. We then find out that Linda hugged Shelia by nuzzling Shelia's breasts with her face, then later massaged her neck. Ted tries to smooth things over by telling Shelia to get to know Linda better, and to not fight it...

I think this episode was written by people who have no idea how to actually portray what sexual harassment is, and how easy it is to avoid. It is the easiest thing in the world to be professional, and not molest or harass your coworkers.

This episode wasted a moment that could have had an impact.
