- Gabriel Cortez and Agent Ellen Richards began to kiss each other in a car, until he injects her out.

- A man is graphically shot in the head by another man.
- During the siege of an armored vehicle from which a convict is freed, a woman on top of the crane-hoisted magnet mows down police officers with a machine gun. Inside the vehicle, the convict kills two officers with his bare hands and feet. Once he's free, he corners an FBI agent, puts a gun to his head and brutally executes him, blood squirts out from his head.
- A farmer is shot through the head with graphic blood spray.
- There is a massive shootout in the town, in which a car is blown up, a man shoots many men with a machine gun and is shot in the shoulder by a sniper, two men mow down several men with a chaingun, many other men are shot, one man tackles another off a roof and shoots him in the head, a man's leg is cut by glass (wound seen), a man is blown up by a flare gun (his legs and arms are dismembered), and another man is shot in the ear and head (both the ear and head shot are graphic).
- A man shoots at two cops in a stairwell during the final shootout, and one of the cops shoots him many times (very graphic, bloody holes and blood spatter on the wall are seen).
- A man dies after being shot twice, and he's seen very bloody. He dies in a car as a woman presses against his wounds and tries to save him.
- Crashing through a police barricade, someone uses machine guns to cut down perhaps a dozen police officers.
- There's a large shootout in a field between cops and criminals. One of the cops is shot twice (lots of blood visible), and much heavy gunfire is exchanged. Another cop runs over an attacker and graphically shoots two more with a shotgun. The police retreat, and one of their cars is blown up by an RPG, though no one is inside.
- There's an intense car chase in which two cars race through a cornfield. One t bones the other and pushes it, and the driver fires a gun at him. Both cars eventually ram a combine.
- During the final shootout, an elderly woman shoots a bad guy in the back, killing him.
- Two men face each other in a fight which involves smashing fists, chokeholds, body slams onto a steel bridge, and multiple slashes from a knife. Both, at some point, end up with the knife bloodily embedded in a leg.
