- A man throws a woman on the bed. They are both completely naked. Her breasts are exposed and clearly seen. She is clearly hesitant about having sex so he kisses down her body and performs oral sex on her instead. Everything is seen in great detail including the man's head between her legs in some wide shots. The woman is moaning as the man doing this although becomes distracted. She is seen climaxing and then reaches down to the man's face to pull him up. They kiss passionately and the woman now wants to have sex with him. They start having sex and the man's bum is seen.
- There is a sex scene showing a woman's bare breasts and the man's bum. Very graphic.
- A man touches a woman's breast familiarly, and proceeds to choke her before stopping abruptly after realizing the woman's unfamiliar reaction.

- A scene of a burned young girl
- A woman is hanging from a building and is then shot in the head. She then falls off the building and lands many stories below in a puddle of blood. Quite graphic.
- There is a scene where the C.A.B storm into the apartment. This results in quite brutal violence. People are shot, beaten and injured. Sunday is stabbed and dies. This can be quite upsetting to some.
- Man is shot in the face through a window by a sniper. His blood on the counter and floor is revisited a couple of times.

- A scene contains a buildup to an amputation. This scene is shown again later on in the film
- The main characters die one by one, each being unexpected and intense. May upset some viewers.
- The secret that Cayman incinerates the siblings instead of cryogenically freezing them is quite shocking and disturbing.
- The sex scene starts out of nowhere and may startle younger viewers.
