Plot

Alexandra Tokareva, an experienced employee of the Investigative Committee, disrupted an important operation due to a stupid accident. The authorities are forced to transfer her, and Tokareva is sent to lead the newly created department for the investigation of unsolved crimes - ORNP. The department is conceived more for the sake of the image, to improve which they want to attract retired police officers to work and instruct them to re-investigate crimes that were not solved 20-30 years ago.
