Clever and entertaining, if only for a short time.

Just About Famous glimpses into the world of tribute artists, a.k.a. celebrity impersonators. Through clever interviews, the film makers are able to humorously document the behind-the-scenes lives these entertainers. The direction of the interviews allows the impersonators to showcase their own personalities while still giving you a taste of their talents as tribute artists. Smart editing and well timed music cues makes one-liners that much more funny. The guys at Blue Collar Films give you taste of what they are capable of with Just About Famous. The only draw back is that when the credits begin to scroll, only 15 minutes have gone by. If Blue Collar Films decides to make a feature length version of Just About Famous, count me in for movie tickets. Until then, I am left wanting more of a good thing.
