The return-value ratio is abysmal
gacsogergely19 August 2022
On 1,500 million HUF this movie generated 60 million if I am generous. Rise your hands if you'd get away with this at your company. You wouldn't, and we all know that. You would be fired.

The quality/price ratio wouldn't be too bad - if this thing had been made in Hollywood. It'd even generate some profit in the USA itself. But this was NOT made in the USA. This was made in a third-world putinist dictatorship, so it can't even be sold to any foreign market.

So why was this made, and mad ein the middle of a global pandemic even, somehow, while everyone else sat in quarantine.

Genius

This movie is honestly genius.

You need to understand what happened in Hungary in the past few decades to get it. In my opinion this is not just a children movie, you need to look behind the curtain to understand all the references.

The costumes are something different as well as the characters. However not all good acting that is why I gave 9 points. Still I just loved it great colors great camera angles, funny characters - I think it is both good fun for kids and parents together. I dont know, if they've run it in 3d or something I only watched it on Netflix, but would imagine this would also be great in the cinema.

Not a typical cheap movie you get in Hungary

Kudos to Dobó Kata, not sure if all those references were deliberate, I assume yes ... I laughed every time on them.

Great movie thanks Kata :)

Awesome movie to watch with kids

This movie is really awesome. All the family members enjoyed it. We watched it with kids and it really worth watching.

Csobot Adél (Eszter in the movie) acted very well. I really enjoyed her kindness for kids, it was very inspiring. Other actors performed very well too, even the cute little girl.

The scenes are very well organized, the quality of the movie is close to a Hollywood movie, it really feels that creators invested in this movie. The costumes for actors and house furnitures are polished, representing that era/period very well.

The songs are very good, actors have very good voice, especially Csobot Adél (Eszter in the movie). So, basically it's a good musical movie.

Csobot Adél's real life behavior matched perfectly for her character in the movie.
