There are some ladies wearing clad clothing when the main characters has a shootout on the beach.

Women also wear outfits that shows some cleavage in an beach shootout.

There is a scene in episode 10 of season 1 that contains some sexual dialogue.

Most of the show is clean, there are some scenes with kissing.

A man and a woman are shown naked in bed (no privates shown), presumably after sex. They kiss a few times. The scene lasts around 25 seconds.

There is some kissing in some episodes, but is shown briefly.

The violence in Seasons 1-3 is occasionally bloody however mostly brief or offscreen but some episodes contain some blood splatter and a few stabbings. Seasons 4-6 contain less than moderate violence as it becomes more character based.

Shooting and armed conflict seem to be the centerpiece of this series.

One use of "fuck" throughout the entire series and occasional infrequent homophobic and racial slurs.

There is one F bomb in season 3 ep 5.

"Goddamn" is used about every other sentence. "shit", "pussy", and "asshole" used infrequently. The word "fag"/"faggot" has been used as an insult and few instances of the slur "negro".

Some of the plot revolves around the dealing of marijuana and other substances. Meth is occasionally seen being used as well as pot and pills. Some unkown powders are used occasionally however drug use isn't frequent and is usually brief.

Casual drinking and occasional smoking occurs in the series. Major characters take to selling drugs such as OxyContin and Heroin. Some characters implied use drugs casually.

There are scenes of drug use in Seasons 3 and 4, most of which consist of characters snorting powdery substances. The series on the whole, does not glamourize or encourage drug use.

A more well-presented character from Season 5 and a villain from Season 6 (who is portrayed as a very competent tycoon) engage in casual marijuana use. A young teenage girl is shown to be an expert in growing marijuana - mentioned on occasion throughout the series.

Some occasional tension and intense sequences throughout each season however the tension is usually ramped up towards the end of each season.

The show does contain lots of intense shootouts with some blood splatter and some scenes contain gruesome images.

Rated TV-MA for strong violence, some sexual content, language and drug material.
