  Blossom : Uh...

  Mayor of Citysville : [waves his index finger at the girls on the word "no"]  No!

  [gets off the desk] 

  Mayor of Citysville : Do you realize the two crooks that you caught stole approximately $400?

  [holds up four fingers on the word "four"] 

  Mayor of Citysville : [extremely angry]  Do you realize that you did over $3 MILLION IN PROPERTY TO THAT BRIDGE?

  [he breaks down crying for a moment then pulls himself together as he turns to glare at the girls] 

  Mayor of Citysville : [holds up a piece of paper]  This is a bill prohibiting the use of superpowers in the town of Citysville.

  [he signs it] 

  Mayor of Citysville : You're hereby forbidden by law to use any of your powers within the city limits.

  [he hands the bill to the girls and points to his office door] 

  Mayor of Citysville : [menacingly]  Now get out of my sight.
