When Jack is being pursued by the attack helicopters they are referred to as Air Force Helicopters. Two issues, first and foremost only the US Army operates AH-64 Apaches as seen in the scene. Second, the Air Force does not maintain or operate any gunships except for Pave Low (CH-53) helicopters used in the rescue of downed pilots. In 1948 an agreement was reached between the newly formed Air Force and the Army which detailed what aircraft the two services could operate.
There is no such thing as a "Special" Executive Order.
Jack is supposedly spotted at the intersection of "25th & Cleveland," but there is no such intersection anywhere in New York City. In addition, Chloe misdirects Jack to an "industrial laundry" at "141 Juniper Valley Road" in "the Middle Village." That area of Middle Village is heavily residential, and it is referred to as "Middle Village," not "the Middle Village" and no such address exists there.
The supposedly New York based laundry company is existing company Morgan Services at 905 Yale Street, Los Angeles, as is obvious from the markings on their trucks visible when Cole briefs the agents.
