- James 'Sawyer' Ford: [to Jack] So what do you say, doc? Got another great idea to save Sayid? Maybe there's a nuke laying around.
- Bram: Where's Jacob?
- John Locke: Jacob is dead.
- Bram: Who are you?
- John Locke: Don't worry about me. Let's talk about you. I am assuming that you are, what? Jacob's body guard? And that you came all the way to this island to protect him? Well, I have good news. Jacob burned up in the fire, therefore there's nothing left for you to protect. You can go. You're free.
- [Ben tells Richard that Locke wants to speak to him]
- Richard Alpert: Well, I'm happy to talk to John. But before I do, maybe you should talk to him first.
- [Richard throws Ben down on the sand next to where the body of John Locke lays half-dumped out of the cargo container]
- [Cindy rushes to back of plane with medical supplies]
- James 'Sawyer' Ford: What's goin' on back there, Earheart?
- Cindy Chandler: Everything's fine, sir, please just stay in your seats.
- James 'Sawyer' Ford: Yeah, looks peachy.
- Sayid Jarrah: When I die... what do you think will happen to me?
- Hugo 'Hurley' Reyes: Just--just try not to talk, dude.
- Sayid Jarrah: I've tortured more people than I can remember. I murdered. Wherever I'm going... it can't be very pleasant.
- Hugo 'Hurley' Reyes: Sayid, come on.
- Sayid Jarrah: I deserve it.
- Jack Shephard: Excuse me.
- Desmond Harrington: I'm sorry, mate, is this your seat? The stewardess said it was empty.
- Jack Shephard: No, no. I'm at the window.
- Desmond Harrington: Oh, right.
- Boone Carlyle: [to Locke] I went down to get my sister out of a bad relationship. Turns out she didn't want to get out of it, so here I am.
