Warning: Spoilers
In this Scrubs episode we find out that JD has accepted a job where he now lives. The episode really focuses on how painful it is to leave the only life you knew, and all of your friends behind. I think many of us can relate to that especially those of us who have graduated high school. I personally got to spend the first twenty one years of my life with my best friend. We went to school together and we even roomed together at the same community college. But now we both have gone our separate ways. It hurts when you leave your life and friends behind which is why I consider this to be one of the saddest Scrubs episodes ever.

Two of the major sad parts in this episode are: When you see Dr. Cox in the end leaning up against the wall as JD is leaving. JD says goodbye and Dr. Cox just stares at him and doesn't say a word because he is both very angry and very sad that JD is leaving. Another one, and I don't know if everyone agrees with me, is when the Janitor shows anguish on his face. Through the whole series, the Janitor and JD are supposed to hate each other. The Janitor would do anything to torture JD. However, after Janitor tells JD that he is going to make his last few weeks special, you can clearly see the sadness in his face. Played very well by Neil Flynn.

I give this episode a 9/10 on the rating scale.
