About 35 minutes into this episode, during one of Allison's dreams, we see David Brewer (Slocumb) call his dad out to the shed so he can show him the "fertilizer bomb" he has built from an old microwave. On the shelves in the background are a few "old" computers. Since this dream sequence shows an occurrence before Mitchell Slocumb has detonated the bomb in a parking garage below the Federal Courthouse in 1985, it can only be assumed that these computers (which are obviously scraps) originated some time prior to 1985. Both systems are considerably more modern than that. I would place them closer to 1995 (the upper system has a CD-Rom drive clearly visible). CD-Rom drives were not even available commercially until 1985 at which time they were very expensive and most certainly would not be in a "junk" system in someone's shed. These systems most likely employed Pentium processors, whereas in 1985, we were still using 80286 CPUs.
