- In some scenes, girls are seen floating in an empty space fully naked. It doesn't cover anything but their bodies aren't in detail like a Barbie and there has pantie shots throughout the show.

- Violence & murder is persistent throughout the entire anime. Stabbings, shootings, explosions, suicide, and some sexual violence are all in the show. There is no explicit gore, but there is TONS of blood.
- In the opening scene, a man is stabbed in the head with a sword.
- A Mask is stabbed several times in the head/face. Very bloody.
- There's things like people's faces being blown off and people being smashed to death by a war hammer. You can also see bullet holes when people get shot and the squirting, splattering and spraying of blood. No organs are shown.

- One of the characters is shown smoking in almost every scene. Other than that, there's pretty much nothing in this category.
