(at around 1h 40 mins) When Edward is fighting Victoria and Riley, Bella cuts her arm with a rock. When you see the blood run down it clearly shows that she had cut under her sleeve, but when Edward wraps her arm he wraps close to her wrist. This is not near where the blood came from.
(at around 37 mins) It's mentioned a couple times that Riley (as a human) has been missing for over a year. But when Charlie is looking at the Missing Persons flier, it says Riley was last seen in May 2010. (The movie clearly takes place in June 2010, as evidenced by newspapers with current headlines regarding the vampire attacks in Seattle.)
(at around 1h 26 mins) In the tent scene, the stocking hat that Bella is wearing changes position several times.
(at around 58 mins) During the training fight scene when Emmett is sparring with Jasper, Emmett throws a punch at Jasper with his right hand (as they meet in battle again after Emmett threw Jasper), but in the next scene when Jasper ducks, Emmett is punching with his left hand.
In one scene in the beginning Edward has chest hair and its visible from the collar of his shirt. When he asks Bella to marry him you can see that he has no chest hair.
(at around 8 mins) In the school cafeteria, the British flag is hanging backwards. The broad white diagonal stripe should always be clockwise from the narrow white diagonal stripe.
(at around 1h 30 mins) In the tent scene Jacob has to come in to keep Bella warm because it is so cold. The next morning she is outside in jeans and a button down shirt with the sleeves rolled up, not coat, no hat, no gloves. However, the temp in daytime snow is far different from the overnight temps in a driving blizzard, and it's entirely possible that Bella is comfortable without a jacket.
(at around 20 mins) When Jacob shows up at Bella's school his hair appears to be wet and lying flat. However when he and Bella arrive at Sam's house his hair is fully dry. Since it is about a fifteen to twenty minute motorcycle ride from Forks to Sam's house on the reservation and Jacob doesn't wear a helmet, it is completely possible that his hair dried in the wind on the way. Also, his temperature (and therefore his head) runs very hot, which may have helped speed up the drying since his hair is very short.
(at around 20 mins) When Jacob pulls up to the school, the license plate on his motorcycle is for California when the movie is supposed to be set in Washington. However, Bella states that she saved the motorcycles from the trash. Since she got them used, we have no way of knowing where the original owners purchased them. It is highly doubtful that two teenagers would've bothered to properly re-register them and get fresh plates and tags.
If Edward spent most of his senior year in Italy, how was he able to graduate on time? In the novel, it is revealed that Edward was smart enough to earn extra credits for all he missed as well as being able to put his persuading skills to the use.
(at around 4 mins) It has been stated that "In the opening scene in the meadow when Bella pushes Edward to the ground, his hand is on her neck, but when the camera changes to the side angle, his hand is on her waist." However, the hand on Bella's neck is her own. You can see this in the next shot when Bella moves her left hand from her neck.
In the tent scene with Edward and Jacob, the character of Bella has green eyes, even though they are supposed to be brown.
In several scenes (i.e., at the lunch table when the graduation party is 1st being discussed), some sort of "tape" or "adhesive" is visible under the Cullen Crest on Alice's necklace, obviously to hold it in place during movement.
(at around 1h 45 mins) When Bella arrives to Jacob's house, after he's hurt, she says "Hey", but it doesn't match with the way her mouth moves.
(at around 35 mins) When the Cullens are watching the news, the woman says "reporting live". She's in Seattle and it's night time there but at the Cullens' house we can see it's day time (through the window). Forks and Seattle are in the same time zone, therefore it should be the same time of the day in both places.
(at around 1h 1 min) When Jasper is telling Bella about his past, he states that he was in the Texas Cavalry and was heading to Galveston before being turned. The scene cuts to this action, showing Jasper riding a horse with mountains in the background, and then in front of the ocean. There are no mountains within several hundred miles of Galveston, Texas.
(at around 1h 1 min) When Jasper is telling Bella his story and shown riding "toward Galveston (Texas)", he is not only riding through mountainous terrain, but the landscape is rocky, dry and scrubby. The Galveston area receives about 50" of rain a year (not nearly as much as Forks, but still a lot!) and is not at all desert-like. The evacuees (women and children from Galveston) he was returning from escorting would have needed to travel hundreds of miles west to encounter such dry, rugged terrain.
Victoria 's ultimate, long-term goal is trying to amass a newborn army (vicariously through Riley) to kill the Cullens and Bella. So, why, early in the movie, does she randomly go back into the woods near Forks where she could conceivably be killed by vampires or werewolves? This is never explained at any point, it serves no purpose, and she could have been killed by either group long before her plan was enacted.
(at around 2 mins) When Bella is reciting Robert Frost's poem "Fire and Ice" at the beginning of the film, she says, "But if I had to perish twice," which makes no sense since the subject is the end of the world. The actual line is, "But if it had to perish twice."
(at around 1h 24 mins) When Riley emerges slowly from the water as his army of newborns approaches Forks, droplets of water are expelled from his nostrils as he exhales. Vampires do not breathe.
Jasper would be 161 in 2005 and would be older than several of the other Cullens but yet he is some how a newborn that can't control himself. Jasper Hale was born in 1842. He was turned into a vampire in 1861 at the age of 19.
He killed many people and would have more practice at controlling his urges than most of the other Cullens.
