(at around 1h 17 mins) Before suggesting that Bella should drink blood, Jacob gets closer to Bella to keep her warm, the camera focuses on Bella's and Jacob's hand and Bella has her engagement ring in her right hand, but in the next shot that focuses on their hands again, the ring is gone. Then when Bella begins to throw up, the ring is back in her finger.

(at around 41 mins) In the indoor chess game, Edward has a passed pawn on g3 - despite Bella retaining her pawn on g5 - making the position highly dubious as to get there it would have been necessary to have somehow jumped over the g pawn, an illegal move.
(at around 42 mins) In the outdoor chess game, Edward takes Bella's King, but doesn't place his piece on the square he just took, instead placing it on the black square in front of it. It is also illegal to take a King in chess.
It is often thought that the moon is full every night during this movie. This is not the case. The moon is full and visible on only two nights during the film - on the night of Edward and Bella's wedding (the first night of their honeymoon) and after Edward and Bella have returned to Forks. The reason for this is that exactly 28 days have passed between those two nights, thus the moon has completed one full cycle. The full moon is shown during these two nights to alert the viewer that Bella's pregnancy has progressed to nearly full-term, even though only 28 days have passed since conception.
Bella does not wear her engagement ring on the wrong hand. Bella has her engagement ring on her right hand and her wedding band on her left.
(at around 11 mins) Although Edward and Bella clearly get married during the daytime, none of the vampires sparkle because Forks is usually cloudy weather and only direct sunlight causes their skin to react. They regularly attend school and work etc during the daytime without sparkling.
(at around 1h 19 mins) When Bella decides to try some blood for the first time you see Jacob move over away from Bella. But when Edward returns with a cup of the blood you see Jacob move away from Bella again.

(at around 31 mins) When Edward lifted up Bella in his arms to their honeymoon place, Edward loses his balance as if Bella was too heavy. That is impossible since Edward has super human strength and she is still human.
(at around 1h 7 mins) When Jacob leaves Sam Uley's pack, during the meeting on the sea shore, the CGI wolves do not leave footprints on the wet sand.
In the end credits section, it says: "Canpbell" instead of "Campbell"

(at around 14 mins) For her wedding, Bella has her hair done with the left side being more styled than the right. This means that while she's on the altar, the 'prettier' side isn't visible to her guests. No way Alice would have missed that detail. She would have made sure Bella's hair was styled on the right for everyone to see.
(at around 18 mins) When Irina meets Bella at the wedding, Irina says she does not believe Laurent was going to hurt Bella. Though Bella was the only witness to the event who wasn't involved in Laurent's subsequent demise, and is typically one to speak her mind, she bizarrely says nothing in response, letting Irina walk off with her misconceptions unchallenged.
(at around 34 mins) Bella shaves her legs upon arriving at the honeymoon island, the evening of their wedding. It is preposterous to imagine that she didn't already shave them before the wedding, or that Alice would have allowed her not to.
In the mid-credits sequence, the Volturi's secretary Bianca is hauled away by two Volturi guards. The Twilight Saga's vampires are supposed to be immensely strong, and two of them would not be needed to move one person against their will.
