The game only lacks more actual plot and concrete explanations to be a 10. This is usual in the fnaf games, is just that I feel that the actual plot should be developed way more. Putting aside some bugs and that the endings felt a little anticlimactic jumping from animation to images, it is amazing the jump of quality when looking at fnaf 1. Great game overall!!

Great story, beautiful designs both for characters and environments. Needs an update or 2 to fix its many unfortunate bugs.

The plot is simple, and the basic animatronics are not scary (at least until you break them). However, the developers have focused on lore. They filled a huge location with a bunch of endings, references, easter eggs and secrets. This is why I love the new fnaf.

So far so good, altho there are some annoying bugs and meh optimization it's still good game.
Once fixed up game should be top tier.
Some endings could use more animation tbh. Think theres just 2 or 3 endings that are animated but for like 5-10 sec only :/
Characters are all good but Glamrock Freddy is best <3 he is just too precious and sweet the way he calls us superstar etc. His voice is perfect for him. Kellen did good! He sounds just the way i imagined him to sound! Big protective papa bear <3.

I've always loved fnaf since it Came out, I was about 6 years old when I was introduced to this new fandom little did little me know it'll become a the biggest indie game of all time. I was terrified of the animatronics, they looked creepy and had this tone of watching you in the dark kinda. Am about 14 years old now almost 15 If you could belive it and I loved this franchise and everyone surrounding it, and let me tell ya it was fun. The mystery and the theory's and everyone coming up their own side of the story. When i heard that there might be coming a free roam fnaf I was super exited, the trailers the graphics the overall breath-taking the game looked I would give steel wool all my life savings to play this game ok maybe not all of it but some. When the game was about to release at 16 December I was awake all night so that I could play it once it came out. It got delayed till tomorrow, bruh 😒 anyways at the time am typing this I have a ps5 but back then when i played the game I played it on the ps4, and you know It ran like your grandpa trying to get up the strairs. It ran about 12 fps and this game I have been waiting for All day and months and years for a fnaf free Roming game. But let's talk about how the game is holding holding up today and there are still some skips and bugs still in the game it runs better on the ps4 and the game looks impressive. The story doesn't really have a meaning and the game feels kinda rushed and the game doesn't make any sense, the potential of what fnaf could've been all the horror all the scares all the terrific past of fazbear entertainment meant nothing this game I can say Is quite disappointing. If they made fnaf security breach more scary or had more immersion would've made the game some what decent I guess, I won't be going on any details about the story but all I can say about the story is that it makes no sense or they did a poor job explaining to us the story.

10/10 game, it combines the FNAF we all know and love with something completely new! Being able to control and be animatronics while still holding that FNAF spark we all know and love! Less scary than other games but is in NO way short of a Jumpscare or 2. Amazing game for FNAF and it opens so so many doors for the story to be continued!

The game is fun to play good to see they are trying something.... new I guess... but I just wish they actually had a working legend/map icons on the map. The only thing we can see on it is the stairs, freddy and recharge stations and not the locked areas and all that I hope they fix it in the future if it comes out with the dlc soon.
And the game constantly does the helpy loading screen every five minutes like seriously I havent played a game that does that... I know its like a sorts small load to load everything in but I just hope they fix it or something like that... still fun though don't get me wrong and now I can end this review cause I need like 600 letters or something.

The game is pretty solid the (good things) are how it's free roam like nothing seen before and I like how there are presents. (Bad things)As off right now there is to many glitches like when I played near the end of the game where you take Roxy's eyes when she done her dash she Qlitched threw the map. And I'm on ps5 and the game felt like 20 frames and I'm playing on 144hz monitor. The game does not feel like a horror game when playing fnaf helpwanted and other fnaf I was to scared to load it up but on security breach it's not even a bit scary in my opinion the game was rushed and this game is made a hole team and Scott made Fnaf1-Fnaf utcn has made the game better than a hole team. And some off the missions make no sense like when given the option to stay or leave (or vanny) if you leave Gregory just dies and if you stay I spent it took me 2 days to get all the endings and another thing that anoyed me that after when doing the princess mini games then getting to the end of that ending I died by Roxy then I had restart About 5-7 hours of game play. And I feel like the AI are to smart like Roxy when she has no eyes still I couldn't tell the difference when she had eyes or no eyes but I hope game gets a dlc and a lots of bug fixes no joke this release was to hyped then was let down just like cyberpunk and still that game is soon 2 years since release and still has a lot of bugs to fix.

It needs some things to be patched up. I mean, it's an 80GB, what did you expect? This game is LEGIT LIT. The locations, characters, gameplay (kinda), all rock! If the Pizzaplex was real, I will come, if the dark secrets that lay underneath are removed. My ranking is 8.8/10, but I'm honestly rating it a 10/10 for IMDb to pay respects to Scott. Family is the most important thing of all & I respect his decision to retire. Even if he retired, he & the people at Steel Wool didn't disappoint, kinda.

I personally think this is a good game, but some people don't. Just one thing is that the animatronics aren't scary enough. My second thought would be if Steel Wool could patch a certain thing, heres what happened: I was about to go into Bonnie Bowl to get a Monty thing after Fazer Blast, i give the staff bot my ticket but a security guard catches me, and i don't really care, Roxanne is at the bottom floor, but i look behind me to find her right there. Please, Pleas patch this. But either way, it is a good game!

The Worst FNAF Game.

Before U get into this review I just want to say that I have been a die-hard fan of FNAF since the first game came out and have been active in the community since 2014. But wow Five Night At Freddy's: Security Breach was unironically one of the worst if not the worst game I've ever played. There was no direction in the missions basically forcing everyone who plays the game to have to look up an online guide to progress the main story, the gameplay is just atrocious and the glitches in this game are game-breaking. Even after almost a full year of being out, the amount of times I fell through the floor, had the game crash of me, had my game permanently freeze, or glitch through the wall and not be able to walk back through is more than I can count on my fingers and toes. And I'd be okay with that if there was actual save stations in reasonable areas, and not only at the beginning of areas where if you die or your game crashes, you'll have to replay 20+ minutes of annoying glitched puzzles just to make it back to the same spot and die/glitch out again. A complete waste of $40, I have not been so disappointed in a very long time. And I write this review with genuine tears in my eyes from the disappointment I have just experienced. I really wanted this to be a good game and I'm just disheartened at the awful dumpster fire of a game I played.

An amazing edition to the franchise full of Easter eggs and ofc lots of fun this game is truly incredible to the graphics and the gameplay the only flaw I would say is that it's lacking the office element I tiny bit becuase that's what fnaf is based on. What can I say vanny is truly amazing.

Very good game. Yes, it has it's bugs and glitches, but it doesn't make the game unplayable. This is the first fnaf game i have bought, because it's the first one that isn't just "Sit in this room and press a button to not be jumpscared". I absolutely love the open-world concept and the aesthetic. Very nice.

Five nights at Freddy's:Security breach is about a kid named "Gregory",Trapped in a mall called "Freddy Fazbear's mega PizzaPlex". Freddy would guide him and tells him that the mall would be open at 6Am.at the day of the launch,I was gonna buy the game. But luckily. I heard people saying the game was broken. So I had to wait until it's fixed. Now in September 2nd,2022,I have beat the game and...The game was good but has mistakes
What I loved: 1. Visuals&Graphics AND the animations are really well made. It's pleasant to look at it!+3 2. All of the sequences and boss fights are also really good as well+2 3. The mall and models design are really really good+2 4. And the story of the game was okay+0.5
What I did not enjoyed: 1. The lores did not made sense to me. But hopefully my thoughts are right... 2. Game was rushed in the first place.

Forgetting any lore or hints and secrets leading up to the release of this game, the entire premise of this game was all about a free roaming horror experience that left you running away from freakish animatronics that are much bigger than you. In terms of scare factor, that's how the game wins. Especially with the sun and moon guy. And Monty who can freaking lunge at you. It truly is unsettling in a way that we haven't seen too much in the series, with similar moments in Help Wanted and Sister Location.
Now I understand this is a game full of flaws. It was more than just Scott and the production of this one is so different than say the original Five Nights at Freddy's titles. It's not at a Cyberpunk level of unplayable, but it definitely has its bugs. Also, navigation and direction are hard to get through, but only if you are playing for the first time. Where you have to go and what it takes to beat the game seems so obvious when you actually know everything. But when you play for the first time, you're not familiar with the map or the game mechanics. And once you do learn everything, you feel kinda stupid that you couldn't figure it out at first. But the game is partially to blame for this.
Aside from any negatives, this is an aesthetically pleasing game. It's got that 80s-90s neo vibe and architecture. Every area has its own design. It's super cool. I wish it was a real place but Chucky Cheese would surely fall out of business..... I mean, as long as a real Fazbear's wasn't associated with real murders.... I do follow the series and the lore, that also means Matt Pat and Game Theory, and there's a lot to unpack when it comes to the overall lore this game introduces. I think Help Wanted and the books that no one reads is the key to understanding the stories of Gregory & Vanny. The invisible lost discs can only be found with Roxy's eyes and can be played in the sister location living room. If I recall, the tapes were really sus when it came to Vanny. It might've been related to one of the endings in which Vanny falls off the roof and it's revealed to be Vanessa, but then Vanessa in her security guard uniform is watching from the roof??? Basically, Vanny was an android, and I think Gregory is too. Matt Patt was on to something, even if he's not entirely correct. Who knows when we're truly find out what the heck is happening.

Please never play this game because it's absolutely horrible. Tedious gameplay, difficult navigation, and it's riddled with glitches and bugs. This is the worst FNAF game I've ever played and I highly recommend never touching it.

Ok I just really love this game but I can't seem to get past the daycare although so far my personal opinion on the hardest area is the monty and chica chase and I was so relieved when I Finally made it to the security office, the reason it's really hard is because you need to sprint but your sprint bar isn't long enough to make it all the way to the security office and they are really fast but another thing I found hard is I was playing on the Nintendo switch so I found it way too hard to sprint because I didn't know how to but to sprint on the Nintendo switch you press down on the left joystick and move normally.
Needed more time.

This game is the definition of rushed, that contains very basic mechanics. The game is also very buggy, with some causing the game to soft lock. Although some of them have been fixed in a recent patch it still contains bugs that make certain parts of the game unplayable. The one good aspect of the game is the visuals, the game looks like a AAA game with impressive scenery and graphical quality, the one complaint I do have with it is that in my opinion the pizzeria is way to bright, I think it would be a lot better if you were in the dark for the majority of the game. The gameplay mechanics are simple with having to sneak around the animatronics as Gregory and sometimes using Freddy to solve rather simple puzzles. This causes the game to be rather repetitive and simple with the player going to point A to point B to solve a rather simple puzzle, for example when you have to go to the arcade to repair a specific item the game asks that you find three switches while sneaking around the animatronics, this scenario happens multiple times but just changing finding three switches to something else like putting balls into a bucket. The story of the game is okay I wont go into detail but it is rather simple, the one thing that I would change is having the main villain of the game Vanny be more prominent as she only appears around 3 times in total in a 7 hour game. The game in general needed more time to be worked on and to refine the gameplay mechanics and fix all the bugs.
