Complete waste of time
pandavari30 January 2018
Once I start watching a movie, I HAVE to finish it, and I have never regretted anything more than I regret starting this movie. Those were the longest 90 mins of my life. In fact, terminally ill cancer patients should watch this movie to lengthen their perception of the time they got left.

How this movie has a 6.7 is beyond me. The script was awful, the acting was horrible, the music was annoying and the characters weren't even remotely interesting.

A Mormon Movie
jesusistheiam9 October 2019
Don't ever forget: Jesus is the "I AM," God incarnate. John 8:58. Baptism is an outward showing of the inward faith. It doesn't wash away sin, the lamb of God (Jesus' sacrifice) only does. What is this portrayal of children communicating with and guiding a dead spirit?? Not a Christian belief or any movie a Christian child's parents would allow them to see.

Beautifully Acted & Directed
blue-730 October 2009
Rob Diamond has directed and co-written (Andre Curtis) a film that is thought-provoking and very moving. It was exciting to see Heather Beers in a role worthy of her talents (she was wonderful as the lead of CHARLY). This low budget film is able to touch the heart more deeply then most films with a hundred times the money are able to do. It has something worth feeling and thinking about and uses the acting of Beers, Susanne Sutchy and two young girls, Savanna Kyle Lewis and Stefania Barr to move from childhood to adulthood as it explores people coming to terms with what really matters in life. John Reeds beautiful cinematography and Arlen L. Card's charming score do their part in making the film work emotionally. Is it worth adding to your DVD library? Absolutely! The Behind the Scenes Interviews with six of the crew and actors is special. You feel the joy that they had in participating in a project that must have been a work of love.

Beautiful and uplifting...

My family and I really enjoyed this movie. It's great entertainment for the young and the old. It gives you hope and leaves a warm feeling in your heart. We feel that anyone who watches this will enjoy it. We also appreciate the encouraging story that is displayed with being members of the LDS church. We encourage everyone to purchase a copy of this film and watch it with their families. It's warm, inspiring and funny. It leaves you laughing and crying. The story behind it is very real and the audience can easily place themselves in the same situations as the characters in this story. The film work was great also. The producers and director did an amazing job getting the characters to come to life. Thanks Rob, Andrea and Candlelight Media.

Great to watch as a family

Me and my family really enjoyed this film. It is full of laughs, childhood fun, and especially the importance of the family. Many films today leave out what is most important in life today, and that's being with the people you love and making meaningful memories. This film is a wonderful reminder of this.
