- There is the only one love-making scene about 48mins into movie, which is quite mild & short in length. During the scene you see the woman's stomach, the bottom of a breast & nipple as shirt moves up, stomach and panties, and then a breast and nipple.
Violence & Gore

- A girl is attacked and killed by a dog, this is quickly edited and not overly graphic, but there is much blood and the scene is highly intense.
- A man performs a caesarean section on a cow, the cutting into the cow's side and removal of the calf are shown in graphic detail.
- A man is crushed to death by an enraged bull, blood gushes from his mouth and the bull graphically steps on him, this is shown in full detail.
- A corpse is covered in a green sticky substance and set alight, then decapitated and a young girl emerges from the remains.
- Several animals are shown dead and mutilated. Several people are also found dead, however these killingsd all occur offscreen.
- A young girl punches through a woman's chest and rips her bloody heart out. Blood pours out of the woman's mouth and nostrils. Scene is quite disturbing and gross.
- At the end of the film it is implied that a man intends to surgically remove an unborn baby from his wife's womb.

- A main theme of the film is the death of a child, and her subsequent resurrection as an evil murderous version of herself, this may be disturbing to some viewers, especially parents of young children.
