- A young man is forcefully carried away by armed guards.
- A man is grabbed and dragged along the aisle of an auditorium before being dropped hard on the stage.

- A gun is fired, but the sound is not heard, as orchestral music is the only sound we are hearing. We do not see anyone shot, but we get a brief glimpse of a person's unmoving legs and feet, implying death.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

- Much of the film is tense in mood and somewhat threatening in tone, but there is little that could be called frightening. The idea that the government can control people and make them disappear is always running in the background, coloring even everyday scenes in a darker hue.
- During the opening and closing scenes, a man's electronic earpiece emits loud bursts of static and noise, causing the man immense pain, and the audio and video of the film deliberately skip and jump in accord, possibly startling viewers and causing them to experience what he does.
- A news report mentions a dangerous criminal on the loose. He later appears at a ballet performance and creates a stir.
- A man mentions having a bomb and a detonator. Men attempt to defuse the bomb, and the music and camera angles make it rather tense.
- Government agents and soldiers plot an attack on the man at the ballet.
- Depending on your view, the ending may be considered very dark.
