Cuddy's front door now has a little window with decorative ironwork instead of a door knocker above a circular security peephole as seen on 'Insensitive' (#3.14).
The 'baby barf' stain on Cuddy's shirt (around her neck line) changes from one shot to the next.
While House is discussing when he thinks she will decide not to have the baby, the camera shows him with a pen in his right hand, the camera moves away from him, then when it comes back, he has a coffee in his right, pen in his left.
During the ultrasound scene with Cuddy and Cameron, the expectant mother's belly is alternatively covered and uncovered between shots.
House tells his staff that the patient is lactose intolerant, and then tells them to "treat him for allergic reaction". Lactose intolerance is a digestive problem, not a food allergy, and typically only causes symptoms of gastrointestinal discomfort.
Cuddy brings Becca for evaluation through the ER. While Cameron disagrees with Cuddy's diagnosis, Cuddy admits her. In the next scene, Cameron is still doing the fetal evaluation. Cameron is a senior attending in the ER, so an obstetrician should be doing the fetal evaluation. However, this was probably done intentionally as a cost-saving measure to avoid paying another actor to do only one scene.
