As "13" and Foreman are inspecting the room at the beginning of the episode, the window beside the bed goes from partly open to closed and back again several times.
When Kutner grabs a telephone to call for help in House's office you can see that the telephone display was not edited with visual effects. In one of the interviews the producer said that the display of all the telephones were visually improved.
During "urethroscopy" Taub is using a tool which is apparently way too thick for a boy's urethra. It is in fact a gastroendoscope which is intended to go into a gullet (a much wider passage).
At 34 minutes in, while Taub is talking to the father, you can see the microphone taped to the father's shirt.
Taub references Terminator 2: Judgment Day (1991) to make fun of Foreman by comparing him to "a T-1000 built by Cyberdyne Systems." The T-1000 is not a Cyberdyne Systems model of Terminator, but was entirely designed and built by Skynet years after Judgement Day.
