The game's title Mutombo dominates vs Garnett, but they're not matched up on each other. Nesterovic struggles to box out and defend Mutombo, as he slowly gathers and puts it in each time. Garnett actually dominates the game also and does well in the encounters with Mutombo, he strips him of the ball several times and thunderously slams it on him as Mutumbo rotates over to protect the rim. He scores 22 points, gets 15 boards, 10 assists and a mammoth 7 steals, doing everything and in style. The only thing he doesn't do is enforce his will on the game, he tends to move the ball on. The Hawks dominate the boards, along with Jim Jackson shooting well from the perimeter.
