Cool episode. Different. I love when they're all working together on a case. The people and the stories in this medical case are good, very touching. Great music. I cried, as usual.

The article about the Sheperd Method is really making waves. A lot of reactions, some good, some bad. It was really great how they played this one out. And I applaude Meredith for standing up for herself. Also, it's really fun seeing her all bitter and huffy. Bailey's speech to Sheperd was great and very well deserved.

I admire Izzie for caring so much about Alex and not giving up on him even though he has been horrible to her. She is exactly what he needs.

Lexie has been spineless and weak for too long now. Glad she told O'Malley off. Hope now she can grow as a person and as a doctor.

Tiny break in a lot of shells...

It's about time for Alex and Izzie!! They are like cat and mouse since the beginning, but now I think it's started for the good. Maybe it's when Izzie saw the real Alex, the broken Alex, with all the bad memories of his childhood, who had to be a grown-up before time, who thinks nobody care about him, it's there he can let her enter for real in his life. She don't stop pushing him in the guts with her "i care about you Alex" time after time after time than we can see a break in his shell. I think it's a great Izzie/Alex moment.

For the rest of the episode, there's some funny things, like when Callie ask Sloan to teach her how give pleasure to a woman and after go to practice it with Erica, it was a first aha

Weird reconciliation ever when Derek give a kidney in a jar to Meredith to forgive him about the way he takes all credits for the trial and says to her that she's a baby.

No good word for George this time. He mess up a lot with Lexie. No real moment for him in this episode.

And I really want to know more about the new doctor Owen... a man who turns the head of Yang... other than Burke... could be interesting to see how it evolves.

Kidney Surgeries

This Episode begins with Meredith, she is reading her mother's diary during the night. Callie kissed Hahn, they are having sex afterwards. Callie tells Sloan that she had sex with Hahn. Callie tells Hahn that the sex with her wasn't to her liking. The residents are operating the kidneys and placing them in other bodies. Meredith dropped a kidney on the floor during the surgery. Meredith gets a kidney in a jar from Derek. Izzie tells Alex that he cares about him. Izzie and Alex are kissing with each other. Amazing Episode of Grey's Anatomy Season 5, the kidney surgeries were successful except one surgery. Again a really great Episode!
