Phenomenal, fascinating documentary about harmonica history

This movie explodes with joy. Beautifully narrated by Huey Lewis, it is packed with passionate people sharing the rich history of this instrument that can be carried in your pocket. Anyone can have access to it. When I left home at seventeen, I felt like I was blowing in the wind. I carried a harp (for years) in a 4" X 4" embroidered bag I wore diagonally over my torso. It was my grounding, my safe spot, a touchstone to all that is good. Whenever I faced something new, I would reach in the bag and touch the harmonica for reassurance. Sometimes I'd sit in the redwoods or on a mountain and play; the trees didn't mind my lack of skills, (though I worked at it and I thought I sounded decent). Several years ago I wrote to the filmmakers and asked where I could watch this documentary. Now it's free on YouTube. Marc Lempert and Todd Slobin did an amazng job. From German folk songs, Little Walter, blues, rock, jazz, each unique player, the convention of harmonicists... I can't even find words to describe the film. Music is love.
