- Some fanservice elements such as the clothes the Nereids wear though it's very tame and no exposed nudity is shown.
- Maia does say at one point a criminal is wanted for rape.
- Some Disney level innuendo is used though nothing too explicit

- Despite being an Anime aimed for a Seinen Audience, it has mostly mild violence and blood is barely shown.
- Yu's face bleeds a little when a bullet hits the side of her face.
- Gloria stands in a pile of her dead foes. However no blood is shown.
Profanity

- Swear words in the dub are almost as mild as the Japanese version. The words damn, hell, b..tard, bitch and infrequently s...t is used.

- At one point it looked like Shizuka was going to perform oral sex on the con man who manipulates her later. Nothing explicit is shown.
- There was one part where the Nereids have a mission to rescue sex slaves. though nothing explicit and they were wearing bunny outfits covering up any genital and nipple exposure which means no nudity shown as usual for the series (except the manga).
Violence & Gore
- Maia's neck gets choke-hold on by a wire though is saved by Tony Long.
- Shizuka's leg gets shot and a puddle of blood is shown. This the 2 of the 2 parts where there is moderate blood shown. The other is Maia getting cut by a knife during getting stunned with a stun gun. The characters mentioned turn out fine and recover afterwards.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- It does get a little more intense the last half of it including the scene were the Ocean Agency sedates and arrests Maia, Maia getting fired temporary until the last episode and the secret of the Ocean Federation can get unnerving.
- Many of the core cast characters and few other characters get kidnaped, put in tough situations and events though every of them are solved.
