When Abby accesses her (though, on-screen it's McGee's IMAP) email at Tony's request, the email he sent was only 10Kb, but supposedly contained a text attachment containing "2000+ names". The average first and last name lengths are 6 letters each. Assuming no middle names or other data (which realistically would be required to run any search for peoples information) the file would be a minimum of 26Kb, plus the text and header sizes from the actual email itself (at least another half Kb).
The positive match on the fingerprint looks nothing like the partial print on the left.
When Abby is checking her inbox for Tony's email with the 2000+ suspect list, the screen shows the inbox of McGee ('T.MCGEE@NCIS.NAVY.MIL') instead of Abby's. But once Tony's email is opened, the recipient line shows "a.sciuto@ncis.navy.mil"
When talking with the team about Renny Grant's embezzlement case, Gibbs first calls him 'Remmy'.
When Tony asks why Abby why she didn't call to tell him that she found something, Abby tells him that when she finds something, Gibbs immediately walks through the door. However there have been multiple times when Abby has called Gibbs to tell him she found something.
