At the end of the episode, when Sheldon says, "Well, if we're going to descend into anarchy..." and shoots Leonard with his paint ball gun, he shoots five times, but Leonard has seven green paint splatter marks on his armor.
During lunch in the cafeteria, Howard bumps his water bottle, making the water shake. It then cuts to a different angle and the water is still. This happens twice.
When Lesley Winkle and Howard are in the shed alone, Howard's paintball gun hopper is open, and apparently empty, although he was supposed to lay down covering fire.
The first time Howard and Leslie are in bed and Howard's mother starts yelling to them, Leslie's eyes start to close, then in the next shot they are wide open.
Most paintballs do not stain and a fresh paintball on a leather cushion should actually wash off easily. It makes no sense to use permanent paint for recreational paintball because you want it to come off players' gear after you are done.
Penny mentions that she will lose all the shoes in her "shopping cart". Online carts, as it were, are server dependent and are not saved on your personal computer.

In the opening scene of this episode we see Leslie enter the shed holding a paintball gun as a paintball battle is going on outside. She then explains that her teammates were killed by her friendly fire. However her paintball gun has no Hopper to hold ammo or tank of air attached for firing the ammo. It would be impossible to play paintball with no ammo or tank.
The dart board on the back of the entrance door has the number ring positioned incorrectly. It has the 12 at Tops instead of the 20.
After Leslie talks to the four guys in the cafeteria and leaves, Raj says, "I don't believe Howard was making a back scratching metaphor. I think there was actually scratching going on." It was Leslie, not Howard who said "You scratch my back and I scratch yours."
All members of the Physics Dept. squad, especially Sheldon, spend far too much time poking their heads out of the doorway of the shed while not wearing their protective goggles, a danger they would all be well aware of.
It's heavily implied that Leslie Winkle shot her teammates intentionally, to which she refers as 'friendly fire'. Friendly fire is the accidental killing of allied troops, while intentional attacks are referred to as 'fragging'.
