Claudius presents his son, presumably Britannicus, to the balcony, then they say it is a year since the assassination, but Britannicus was born in February, 41 AD, only a month after, and the baby shown is nowhere near a year old - he only appears to be about three months old. In addition, the daughter is born afterwards, and one supposes this is Claudia Octavia, but in reality, she was born about early 40 AD - over a year before her brother - thus, the order of the birth of the children has been reversed here.
There is discussion of the price of corn. Corn was indigenous only to the western hemisphere and did not arrive in Europe until the very end of the 15th century.
