Sam taggert was the worst character after all

Seriously Sam sucked. I'm rewatching the series and forgot how bad she was. Not just annoying but she was a terrible mom, horrible to work with, and dating her would be a nightmare. How did she last so long and not get taken out by the writers? Haha.

The story with the homeless veteran seems like it is pretty good and with very good acting, yet I have real trouble following it. Not because it is complex or something, but I just don't get caught in it.

So was actually most of the episode. Like the drug story. The part with the narc cop was silly. Although it was very amusing to see her spit at Archie when pretending in front of other cops. The story with the brothers wasn't too bad. I was actually pretty sure Cate will adopt the little kid instead of going for fertility treatment. But I guess it is better for him to be with his brother. In a way I hope though the fertility treatment won't be a miracle. Wouldn't be realistic.

Sam character writers have no memory.

If you have followed the show you know Alex has always been a delinquent a runaway burned down the apartment that killed a man while Mom was getting busy in the next room. But she blames someone else for being the bad parent. Is laughable. Sam constantly Questioning ever doctors orders no one would take that from her. The Archie character who was so much comic relief in his Earl episodes has come in to his own well written and likeable and real. Tony continues to be likeable but unrealistic in this episode. You are really starting to miss all the old time characters, oddly even the longtime nurses are rarely in the episodes now all the nursing goes through Sam now.
