Earlier in the series Sarah asks Cameron if she can scan a human body for trouble such as cancer tumors. Cameron says she can not do this. Yet now she claims that Eric the librarian has a small cancer tumor in his arm bone and also one in his lungs.
The movements of the stars in the HUD of both Cameron and the Stark terminator defy the laws of physics. Since the stars movements in the night sky are relative to the rotation of the Earth, their paths would be closer too curved parallel lines, not an intersecting triangular pattern as shown.
When Cameron and Eric are viewing an old newsreel on Stark, scratches and defects can be seen in the black borders to the left and the right of the image, clearly well outside of the projected film.
When Eric and Cameron are in the bathroom Eric washes his hands slightly off screen, but there is no indication he turned on the water nor is there any sound of the water flowing.
The terminator called Myron Stark hid himself inside the wall at the Pico Building for 80 years. Yet, when Cameron finds him his clothing is completely clean and has no dust or cobwebs or mold or anything indicating he was there for such a long time. In addition, the Thompson sub-machine gun he is holding looks pristine and operates perfectly, but should have suffered some aging effects such as rust and congealing oils and may not have fired at all.
The episode begins at a speakeasy during a New Year's Eve party, later established as December 31, 1920. At the party, the song "Charleston" can be heard in the background. The song "Charleston" was released in 1923.
The sign in the Pico Tower, a building under construction and renovation, advertises the appearance of the governor as a keynote speaker on New Year's Eve 2010. Since the show takes place in 2007, this is an advertisement for an event well over 2 years in advance, in a building that is most likely closed to the public.
Cameron claims that she was sent from the future to protect John Connor. Yet, Cameron frequently leaves the home where John lives to go to the library at night, leaving John unprotected at his most vulnerable time, when he is sleeping.
