- In the opening scene of the film, there is a strong scene of sexuality between a man and a woman. Another couple listen in disgust in the next tent over.
- After sex a woman leaves her tent, pulls down her panties and squats nearby to urinate. No nudity seen as her long shirt covers her.
- A man and a woman kiss passionately on more than one occasion in the film.
- A man unzips his pants and urinates into a water bottle and tries to drink the contents.
Violence & Gore

- Most of the characters are covered in cuts and scratches throughout the film.
- A man's arm is broken during a car crash. A bone is seen protruding from his arm. Is bloody but brief.
- A road train apparently uses blood as fuel.
- A woman drinks what appears to be blood out of a can. (It's really Tomato juice.)
- Two women get in a fight in the front part of the road train. One woman smacks another against the head with a wrench.
- A car is obliterated underneath the road train.
- A woman is thrown out of a moving vehicle. Her bloody body is later shown lying on the road.
- A woman is knocked out when the road train wrecks; she wakes up with a bloody cut on her face.
- A man drags a woman's corpse into the back of the truck to be used as fuel for the demonic road train. Another woman knees him in the stomach, but he jumps out of the truck and forcefully knocks her head against the metal part of the truck instead.
- A woman is seen walking through the remains of a car wreck.

Violence & Gore
- A young man's head is crushed under a moving truck's tire. We hear a squishing sound and his blood splashes against another man's face, but his death is not shown on screen. Two women find his headless body later on.
- A woman sees blood leaking out of the bottom of a road train cab, goes inside and sees that it is powered on body parts, organs and blood. She sees her friend's bloody corpse in the back of the cab, which seems to be powering the train.
- A man and a woman get in a fight over a gun. The woman eventually shoots him through the stomach. He is shown gasping for breath before she shoots him three more times. The bloody bullet wounds are briefly shown. The man dies.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- A young man is chased by another man with a gun. The man holds a gun to his head and a gunshot is heard. It is later revealed that the younger man was not shot.
- It is implied that the road train is demonic, and many of the characters are possessed by an unseen force during the film.
