Chôjin densetsu Urotsukidoji V Kanketsu Hen: Weak link, but passable

Urotsukidoji is one of those movie franchises that many fans simply won't admit to liking. The reason, well they're somewhat pervy I suppose you could say.

Thing is they have a fantastic lore, immense action sequences, great animation and are a lot of fun. As time went by they did get gradually worse but all the same they're harmless (If a little hardcore) stuff.

This is by far the least known, primarily because it was never released in the west. Truth be told fans aren't missing much, standing at less than an hour this continues the Overfiend story but takes it to confusing and rather crappy places.

I still say that if you put your concerns to one side the Urotsukidoji series are really quite good, but movies like this don't do it any favours and make me think they should have stopped after the 2nd or 3rd movie.

If the movie creators were aiming for sexy, maybe they shouldn't have brought in a new race devoid of certain parts of their anatomy

This little known part of the Urotsukidoji series was meant as an alternative ending to the fourth instalment Urotsukidoji 4 Inferno road (so I've been informed). It was never released outside of japan and there are no English subtitles for this instalment, so unless you fluent in Japanese its pretty hard to know whats happening. known as Urotsukidoji V he final chapter with a run time of 51 minutes this was the only part made. for some reason the remaining parts were not made,possibly due to the popularity dwindling after the not so successful parts 3 and 4 Return of the over-fiend and Inferno road both heavily cut and even some parts banned in the UK. the animation in this chapter as with inferno road is quite poor and not up to the mark of legend of the over-fiend although legend and demon womb have been digitally remastered for the UK and possibly other country's but as far as i know only in its cut form of 102 minutes for legend and 84 minutes for demon womb,but when you look at it being 185 minutes compared to the uncut versions being 250 minutes well i bought both. if you can find the final chapter get it but don't expect the quality of the original. 5-10
